A two storey 80mē cottage for 4 to 6 persons.

Made up of a south-facing spacious room at the ground floor:
- provided with an American kitchen with an oven, a 4 burners mixed plate
a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer
- a sofa bed, a cable TV
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet apart.

Upstairs, there is a south-facing large room with one double bed and a smaller room with bunk beds.

Outside, you have a private terrace with a large table, so as to eat in the shade of the centenarian plane-tree, and one barbecue per site in the shared garden, along with a swimming pool within the vineyards.

Fans in each room and central heating.
